If you missed the online entry cut off, do not worry. You can still enter on the day. Entries on the day will open at 9.30am and close at 10.30am.

Ashmei will be putting on 3 paced practice runs on Thursday 26th, start at 7pm. All 3 runs will be led by Ashmei ambassadors. Ashmei are located in the end barn at Church Farm, Station Road, Aldbury. Enter by black gates, which open automatically.

The route will follow the Aldbury 5 course. Ashmei are offering a special limited edition T Shirt for the Aldbury 5 run. Cost of £75 includes entry fee for Aldbury 5. Contact Ashmei for further details.

Local Ashmei team athlete Zoe will be present on the day. Zoe will be happy to talk to runners after the event and will also present winners T Shirts to the first male and female finishers. T Shirts donated courtesy of Ashmei.

Zoe has recently won European Masters +35 Championship medals in Madrid. She won a silver medal in the individual 5KM Cross country, plus Bronze in the Team event.
